RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy here at Independent Bracing,

We offer a 30 day limited return on all of our products, all products that are returned will be evaluated and determined if product was worn for use.

- A product can be returned if there is a defect of the product on delivery within 30 days of original order 

- A product can be returned if it does not show any signs of wear or use

- If a product is returned due to any other issue than a defect there is a 20 percent restocking fee per item.

- To start a return you will need to send an email to Independentbracing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The email will  be reviewed within 48 hours and a follow up email will be sent.  

- Once the refund is processed it can take up to 4 weeks for the funds to be received.

- Return shipping is the purchasers responsibility.
